Hello room seekers! 😊 My partner and I are looking for a friendly, like-minded person to join us in our gorgeous three-bedroom home in Fishponds.
Tucked away down a secluded alley, the house is incredibly peaceful—a true "sanctuary" with no passing traffic noise.
The Space
• Your Room: A bright, furnished double bedroom including a bed and wardrobe. (My desk as in photos will be swapped for a wardrobe)
• The House: Large open-plan living/dining area and a generous kitchen with an island (perfect for social cooking!).
• Outside: A lovely garden with a sunny seating area—ready for the summer.
• Parking/EV: Includes a driveway space and electric car charging (EV charging at additional cost).
The Household
You’ll be sharing with:
• Me (30): A vegan who loves travel and keeping a tidy home.
• Charles (35): A cycling enthusiast.
• The "Boss": Our 9-year-old toy poodle. She’s hypoallergenic (no shedding!), loves cuddles, and is on a lifelong mission to defeat squirrels. 🐿️
We both lead active social lives but view our home as a calm, clean retreat. Please note: We are a vegetarian/vegan household and ask that there is no meat/fish cooked in the house. 🙏🏻
Location & Logistics
• Commute: Just 2 minutes from the Bristol & Bath Railway Path—you can cycle into the city centre in about 20 minutes.
• Bills Included: Rent covers everything, including super-fast broadband and a weekly cleaner. We also have solar panels to keep things green!
