A fully furnished single bedroom in a charming shared semi-detached house on Begbrook Lane, Bristol (BS16 1HR) will be available from the end of February 2025.

The property is situated in a highly sought-after location, nestled between the Stoke Park Estate and Snuff Mills, right next to Begbrook Green Park. It is within walking distance of UWE Bristol's Frenchay and Glenside campuses and just one bus stop away from the Metro Bus services to Bristol City Center. The house is spread over two storeys. The ground floor features a self-contained studio with a double bedroom, shower room, kitchen facilities, and a living area, which is separate from the rest of the property where I live. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom, a shared living/dining room, a spacious kitchen (with an American-style fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker with oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster and kettle, etc), a shower room, and a storage.
