The flat is located in the Frenchay area (Winterbourne). It is a 30 minute walk to UWE or just two bus stops on the M3 bus. In less than 20 minutes you could get to the city centre or Emersons Green (M3 or Y1). The area has some beautiful nature. There are a couple of parks nearby (Oldbury Court Estate or Long Wood) with access to walks if needed. These are a fantastic way of relieving stress.

The flat is set within lovely well maintained grounds which residents are able to use. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, FTTP broadband and TV. There are kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery that you can use as well if you don’t have your own. The kitchen is divided into two separate areas and one area is kept completely gluten free. A separate toaster is supplied for those who wish to eat normal toast so as not to contaminate the gluten free toaster.

You would share a flat with another two people, one of whom is the owner. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are shared areas. The tenancy would be well suited to someone who is quiet, tidy and appreciative of the peaceful neighbourhood.

For those who have a car there is the possibility of a parking space by the property. Ask for more info if required.
