Hi. My son has decided to take a year out from University so looking for another student to take over tenancy with a lettings agency in Bristol who are aware of the situation and very supportive.
They tenancy agreement we have in place is currently until mid August. As he is no longer living there we are paying for an empty room so looking for someone asap.
We will pay for the change of tenancy with the letting agency and also cover the security deposit (will transfer ours) so a big saving for anyone looking for a room.
