My current housemate is moving out, so I am looking for someone new to share with. I moved to Bristol this year and I'm enjoying exploring and meeting new people. I am looking to share my home with someone friendly, sociable and fun, who values a calm space to live and is up for contributing to the homely feel.
I do own the property but I am invested in making this a shared experience and its important to me to enjoy the space with someone and hopefully become friends.

in 15 minute walk you can be immersed in the woodlands of Conham river park and nature reserve, The river is a big part of why I bought this place. You can walk to Keynsham along the river and there are 2 more great foodie pubs with beer gardens.
Famous pub Beeses opens April to October.
Lots of lovely walking in green spaces around the area. Troopers Hill is 20 mins walk and amazing views of Bristol and the countryside from there, great spot for watching the solstice sunrise!
I wild swim and will encourage anyone who wants to try it :-)

I am on Hanham/St George border, 2 mins walk to Hanahm High street, Co-op, shops, pubs, post office, hairdressers, library etc.
The bus stop into town is 2 mins walk, a few stops to St George, bars, cafes, shops and the park.
30 minutes you are in town, Old market/Temple meads. Uber is £15 into town takes 15-20 mins
Bath is 30 mins drive as close to ring road and Longwell green retail park.
There is a great community sauna in Brislington 12 mins drive.

I have a garden business so there are lots of house plants, I am single, arty and nerdy about electronic music, wellness and festivals but this is not a party house and I drink but not much at home. I'm into sharing foodie ideas and happy to share cooking.
I like going to gigs/clubs and love discovering new artists. I am into fashion, interiors, vintage and ceramics, history, anime, sustainability, dancing, swimming and sci-fi. I am veggie/vegan friendly but I do eat meat a few times a week.

The bedroom will have a double bed, chest of drawers, ikea pax wardrobe, bedside table/lamp. It looks out over the front garden, facing East so nice morning sun.
I am happy to remove anything you dont need.
Its a mid century bungalow so ground floor living.
Shared bathroom has shower, toilet and sink.
Cosy lounge with TV and netflix over looking the garden.
Fitted Kitchen with microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher
There is a separate dining room/conservatory over looking the back garden. There are fantastic views of the sunset from here.
The bungalow is on a very quiet cul-de-sac and has a drive, garage which is free to share for storage, a patio garden full of pot plants and seating, fire pit and umbrella for shade on hot days, facing west has sun most of the day.
