I’m a professional currently in between contracts, usually working from home, with an 8-year-old son who stays with me around 50% of the time. Because of this, I’m ideally looking for a female housemate who is comfortable in a relaxed, friendly home environment. Although do like the odd night out etc

I’m an early riser but a deep sleeper, so the flat is generally calm, with quiet evenings and easygoing mornings.

The flat is well-equipped and includes:

9m terrace - perfect for breakfast or a coffee in the morning

The location is a real highlight, with the harbour right on your doorstep - ideal for runs, walks, or just getting some fresh air.

Although I would normally be working from home, I have a desk in my room, so you’ll have plenty of space to use the shared areas during the day if needed.

Parking can also be arranged for an additional fee.
