Double Room in BS10 7 - available from June

I’m Artur, 29, and I’ve got a good size double room (4.42m x 3.33m, ~14.7 m²) with a built-in wardrobe in my 3-bed home.

The house has plenty of space garden, garage, parking, and very fast gigabit internet. It’s a great spot too: grocery shop 1 min walk (co op, lidl or aldi) gym about 5 mins, and close to Blaise Castle & Cribbs Causeway. Easy to get into town with buses like the 2, 76, and 1.

I work a hybrid 9–5 in the city centre. Into the gym, Hyrox, boxing, and travelling when I can.

Looking for a young professional, male or female, who’s tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep the place in good shape so just want someone who’s the same nothing over the top, just clean up after yourself and chip in with basics like bins and cleaning.

It’s not a party house, but it’s social. I sometimes have friends over before going out or to watch sport, and you’re always welcome to join whether that’s a night out, festival, or just hanging out.

Worth mentioning my girlfriend is around most weeks. She doesn’t live here officially, but you’ll see her about we’re a chilled couple and it’s never been an issue.

Rent is £700 all in (bills included, fair usage).
