fixed term contract with rolling AST afterwards ( 2x weeks' notice). The rent is £85 per week Sat and Sun is including all bills (utilities, council tax, car park, Broadband internet)The deposit is £200 in advance, and the rent has to be paid all upfront. No communal or other charges.
