We have a double room in our lovely flat in Henleaze (North West Bristol) postcode BS9 available to let. This is our second home and therefore the lodger would have almost exclusive access to all communal areas.

The double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, double bed, bedside cabinet, desk and chest of drawers. There is a shared kitchen, dining area/sitting area and bathroom.

Rent is £950 per month including all bills, this includes high-speed wireless broadband internet. Couples considered, but rent would be adjusted.

From the flat, there is easy and close access to both the M5 & M4 motorways and it is ideally located for commuting to Cribbs Causeway, Southmead Hospital, Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD and Aztec West. It is also only a short drive or bus ride to the city centre; with the bus stop being directly outside the property. There isn’t any dedicated parking, but finding on-street parking is generally straightforward. We are also fortunate enough to be overlooking the Durdham Downs.
