Double room

We have a large communal living room with a real working open fire, shared kitchen including two dishwashers (so no need to empty), good sized enclosed rear garden with patio, garage and limited off street parking. Wifi and all bills are included.

We have two rooms to choose from, both have just been decorated. The large room is about 13' by 13 with a double bed, desk fitted wardrobes and other furniture. The smaller room has a cabin bed with desk and plenty of storage.

The bathroom has just been refitted and looks new. The toilet is separate to the bathroom and we have a combi boiler so we never run out of hot water for the shower.

We make communal bread sometimes, take house trips to the shops and socialise around the fire or in the garden, but we are also very respectful of each others space.

Currently I have a lodger who has a cat so you would need to be someone who comfortable living with and helping to take care of a cat.
