Seeking two cat friendly lady lodgers

Small Room

Cheryl, myself and Tia the cat are looking for 2 mature female lodgers.

Chill house just off Gloucester road, and next to park. We have a large communal living room with a real fire (which gets used often in the winter), shared kitchen with two dishwashers (so no need to empty), good sized enclosed rear garden, garage and limited off street parking. Wifi and all bills are included.

Two rooms are available. The smaller bedroom is roughly 8'x8' has a cabin bed with a desk at the bottom and the bed at the top. Although it's a smaller room there is loads of storage.

The larger room is about 13' by 13' and has a double bed, desk and other furniture..

The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms and we have a combi boiler so we never run out of hot water for the shower.

We make communal bread and I have a Costco card and house trips to the shops happen sometimes.

We are not vaxed, but don't mind if you are but for some it may be a problem that we are not and don't plan to ever be.

There is some work being done on the house currently, but that should not affect you as a lodger.
