I have a large, light-filled double bedroom available for rent Monday to Friday in Horfield. It's just a 5-minute walk from Gloucester Road, but super-quiet as the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The house has recently been refurbished, and the large kitchen/diner now opens onto a lovely garden backing onto Horfield Common. It’s a 5-minute walk to the café on the common and 10-minute walk to the big Tesco on Kellaway Ave. The garden has a patio with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing. Free on-street parking is available.

Gloucester Road is full of amazing independent shops, cafes, and restaurants, plus has a great selection of bars. Bristol city centre is a short bus ride away, and there are plenty of Tier scooters nearby for easy travel. Going the other way, there are buses to Filton and UWE amongst other destinations.

The room is spacious (almost 5m x 3.5m) and comes with sofa, desk, fridge, and kettle. The shared bathroom is on the same floor. If you need extra storage, there is some limited space in the loft.

A little about me – I’m a friendly live-in landlord, usually out a few nights a week playing badminton, swimming or socialising.
