Two double bedrooms available for rent now!

Room 1 is a double bedroom on the first floor and is unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person on the same level, and there is a separate shared toilet on the ground floor.

Room 2 is a spacious double room on the second floor with an attached en suite an shower. It is unfurnished, but has ample storage with built in wardrobes.

It is a 4 bedroom house with a shared open kitchen/living room and storage room. There is also parking available on street and a large back garden.

Council tax is included in the rent (£650) and bills are around £60 per month.

The house is a short walking distance to Southmead hospital, Horfield leisure centre, local shops and bus stops.

There are currently 1 female and 1 male in the house. We are a chilled quiet household with working professionals in healthcare. We like to chat while we’re in the kitchen and socialise from time to time, but also respect each other’s personal space. We like to make sure we keep the house tidy and keep up with a weekly cleaning rota.
