I'm moving out and I'm looking for someone to replace me! I've really enjoyed living here and I'm only leaving to move in with my partner. The official move-out date is April 23rd.

The remaining flatmates are two professionals who have lived together for the past six months and get along really well. Both easygoing, open-minded, and sociable, so we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a friendly household.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Gloucester road, a 10 minute walk from Ashley Down station, and a 20 minute walk from Southmead Hospital.

About You

We’d love to find someone who:
• Is friendly and enjoys socialising with housemates
• Works normal working hours (though we’re open to flexibility for the right person)
• Keeps things tidy and respects shared spaces

About the House
• Three bedrooms, one bathroom
• Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc.)
• Spacious living room with a TV and two sofas (including a sofa bed, great for guests)
• Three-car driveway with plenty of parking space
• Small shed for extra storage
• Dedicated office/storage space.

The room is furnished, and bills are split equally between housemates (not included in the rent).
