Large Double Room Horfield

4 bedroom house in Horfield. Very close to frenchay campus and fantastic transport routes to city centre, Gloucester Road, stokes Croft and frenchay. We are looking for someone to let out a bedroom whilst I am out of Bristol from the 24th of April until the 19th of July. We’d ideally be looking for a student (just to make the council tax simpler) who is lgbtq friendly (we are 3 men and 1 trans women currently).

The bedroom is a double ground floor room, with a nice view of the garden. It’s plenty big and has a large wardrobe, double bed+mattress, desk, desk chair and I currently have a small sofa in there too that you’re welcome to keep (otherwise I’ll probably donate it). we have a large living room with a dining table, TV, and two sofas, and we have 1 bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The kitchen is fairly big too, and we have plenty of cupboard space available.

I’m sure it’s said on every listing, but we’re a friendly bunch. We love film and tv, and have a healthy selection of board games too if that’s your thing. We’d love to meet anyone who might be interested! :)
