Your room overlooks the garden at the back of the house, rather than facing the road, so it is nice and quiet at night. The room comes with access to a newly refurbished bathroom shared with only one other person.

My name's Sam, nice to meet you! I run a marketing agency and work from home. I'm relaxed, friendly and easygoing. I generally like to keep things fairly chill at home (my big party days are mostly behind me now ha ha). But it's your space too, and I want you to feel welcome and comfortable.

I always have a bunch of hobbies on the go; running, skating, surfing, football, boardgames.

Always up for a housemate dinner, a few drinks in the evening or playing board games, or all three!

I also have a friendly cat called Luna, so it is important that you are comfortable living with a cat. I travel from time to time, and if you are happy to feed Luna while I am away, I am very open to offering a rent discount during those weeks.
