Friendly & social home looking for two new flatmat

There’s currently three of us (all guys, 31–35) who’ve lived here together for a few years and really treat the place as our home 🏠. We all work full time roughly 9–5 on weekdays and keep a nice balance of work and fun: sharing meals, hanging out in the kitchen or living room, having BBQs, and occasionally heading to gigs or club nights as a house 🪩. Benji is a tree surgeon and music producer, Dan works in air con (or something like that) and is also a producer/DJ. They’re both super chill and friendly spirits. I manage the water at UWE, hard to explain, and am more the bringer of energy and enthusiasm who lacks musical talent (Grade 4 piano though). As the two housemates moving out are women, we’d ideally love new housemates who are women too to keep the gender balance of the house.

About the house -
They are both large double rooms with high ceilings, in a period style home on the top of Gloucester Road (bs7) not far from horfield leisure centre. With a bus stop directly outside the property.

The rooms come partly furnished with basics but storage for these items can be arranged if needed. We have a garden with locked storage for bicycles and a fire pit in the summer.

It’s £635 all in. This includes shared house streaming platforms (Netflix, Now TV, Amazon, Disneyplus etc). The communal living room has a computer/projector which is used by all housemates and great for watching films! We have solar panels which have proved to be very energy efficient and have kept costs down.
