One housemate is moving out so we are looking for one more person. We are three guys, anyone is welcome.
We have lived here for a year already so can vouch for the house and landlord, both solid, things actually get fixed.
We are all UWE students at Frenchay.
Rent: £625 pppm
Bills: around £60 pppm
About 25 min walk to campus, good bus links to uni and city.
House includes: garden, TV, modern kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. One shared bathroom. Each room has a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
We are friendly and social, go out sometimes, big fans of movie nights.
