Small Double in cosy flat, with cat

"Small double bedroom open in a cosy and quirky, bright three bedroom two story flat in north Bristol just off of Gloucester road that is situated equidistant between Airbus and Southmead hospital.

My name is Mark and I’m looking for a polite, mature, clean and friendly professional to share my living space with who is open to living with a cat. He’s lovely, but he is a curious little mischief maker and a little shy. Also happy to cook every now and then but still very independant. I’m a Pescatarian, so it’s always easier for me to live with someone who’s less interested in eating meat.
What I really want is to find someone who is happy to treat the flat as their home and not just a stop off point. We all need stability, right? I am a very relaxed, quiet person who never really argues, so it’s important to find someone honest and trustworthy. Harmony is important, especially since I am a firm believer of Karma.

The flat is very quiet and fully furnished, though the room is question is not, aside from a bookshelf, and the bedroom in question is a small double, about 10 feet square.

I’m a quiet and open minded professional who has an extensive music collection all the way from metal to ambient and everything in between, Avid PC gamer so can easily carry most nerd conversations, enjoy singing, model painter, into hiking (I literally walk everywhere) and a keen fencer, so don’t be surprised to see a few swords around. Bonus points if you like plenty of natural light and generally open.

Rent per month is £525 plus bills which will take it to around £600 for everything.
The move in date will need to commence on the 1st of May.
The property has a free parking spaces just outside and the neighbourhood area is very quiet just down from Millennium green."
