We have a large double room opening up in our lovely 5-bed house in Horfield (BS7), opposite the Crafty Cow pub on Gloucester Road.
We are a sociable, friendly group of young professionals (25-26, 1 girl 3 guys) looking for someone who is keen to be part of the group! We enjoy pub trips, live music, cinema and cooking as a house, but are also v busy during the week so appreciate our own space.
We are going into our third year in the house so we are keen to look after it and keep it fairly tidy. It is a great location with bus links into town right by the house and Horfield leisure centre across the road!
The room is available immediately as either a 6-month or 18-month tenancy, ideally we would have someone for 18 months but open to 6.
