Lovely Room In Horfield ☀️

I am moving this month, and am looking for someone to take over the tenancy from around March 21st until the end of June with the possibility of extension. Rent is £635 a month plus bills (council tax band B). Students are welcome as long as you don't mind contributing to council tax bills!

You would be living with Dilan and Tadd. We're a semi social house, enjoying the company of friends but at the same time loving the quietness of chilling in our home. We like to check-in with each other and appreciate being communicative - encouraging a happy sense of home.

The house is kept clean and we like it to keep that way since it makes our home feel cosy and calming. We have a pretty phenomenal number of houseplants too, and we have frogs in our garden pond (which we are very excited about! 🐸).

All in all, I believe we are kind and will respect you if you maintain that same respect for others in our community.
