We are looking for a flatmate to join a wonderful house in Horfield BS7, located on Muller Rd.

About the room:

It is a small double room on the first floor at the front of the house. It is definitely a cosy squeeze but there is a big living room and a garden to relax in too when you want more space. The room snugly fits a double bed and 2 small pieces of furniture (wardrobe/desk/etc).

About the house:

The house is a ten minute walk to Lidl/Aldi, and a ten minute walk to the top of Gloucester road where you can get a bus into town. It’s also very close to the cycle path. As well as the four bedrooms, there’s a living room, kitchen, bathroom, large garden and shed for storage.

About us:

You would be living with Amy, Tom and Benny - three professionals aged 26 - 29. We love to watch TV together in the evenings, share an occasional meal, and of course play games at the pub.

About the £££:

The room is small SO the rent is cheap at £400. Same for the deposit. Bills come to £100 - £120 per month for water, WiFi, electricity, gas and council tax. Students welcome as long as you're okay to pay council tax and provide a guarantor for the landlord.

Move in date is earliest 20th April, latest 1st May. The room is unfurnished but possiblity to buy some bits from the leaving tenant if needed.
