Our lodger has recently moved out to move to New Zealand and we are looking for a new lodger. We are thinking of selling the property within the next year but will give lots of notice if this does happen. We are flexible and open to short term stays or rolling month by month. All bills included, unless you are a couple as there could be an extra £50-100 per month to cover higher bills.
