A double room is looking for a tidy, professional woman to join this four-bed semi-detached home with three housemates (1 woman and 2 men in their mid to late 20's).

Whilst I am managing the process, I like the viewings and the final choice for any new people to be made by the people already living in the house. After all, it is their home and it makes my life easier and more pleasant too! ;-).

So, we are looking for a woman (to maintain the gender balance) who will fit into the chilled, friendly and sociable nature of the current household.

Bills are excluded. Currently, they total £140 for each person and are managed by myself.

The house is on Monks Park Avenue which runs past Southmead Hospital between Gloucester Road and Southmead Road. It has ample storage space in the loft and a double garage to accommodate any extra stuff!
