Newly decorated double room in Kingswood.

Currently a couple (myself and my partner) and two French bulldogs who live in the house.
We like a sociable and friendly house but also respect if you like your own space and chill in your room, both of us are very easy going. We are a couple but would definitely not make anyone feel like a third wheel!!
I am a smoker but only in the garden.
The house downstairs is all kitted out with decent furniture and appliances. There is a downstairs toilet and the communal room is a large space that has all you need, with a mini american style fridge freezer and a granite island. There is also an extending dining table and chairs. I have the chairs for up to 8 people but usually just keep out 4 chairs to save space, but great for a dinner party! There is also a separate sitting room downstairs to chill in, with lots of home comforts.
We have recently built decking in the garden and now have a great outside space for BBQs for the summer!
There is a large loft. So some extra storage is fine if you don’t want to clutter your bedroom.
In the communal room there is a 60” smart tv and leather sofas at one end of the room, looking out on to bifold doors to the garden. It’s a good social space.
There is high speed broadband, Netflix and prime on the main tv and all bills are included. .
The house is a 2 min walk to kingswood shopping centre, where there are lots of frequent busses and all the shops for day to day needs.
Please nobody that doesn’t clean up after themselves apply as we like to keep a clean and tidy house. Other than that, we’re really relaxed
We own 2 French bulldogs who live at the house, so you would have to be a dog lover, but just so you know they do not enter the room you would be renting.
The room is first floor and is fully furnished to a good standard. The room has a double bed with mattress, wardrobe, side table, chest of draws and a large unit.
There is a shared downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom consisting of a bath with shower, toilet and basin.
We do like to have friends over on the odd weekend for drinks or food, which you would be more than welcome to get involved with. We would be respectful of anyone working weekends.
We both work from home and out of the house/office, so preferably someone who doesn’t work from home would be ideal, so we are not all in the way of eachother in the working day.
