Spacious Double Room Available in Friendly Kingswood Home

Hi there,

We have a lovely, bright double room available in a warm and welcoming home in Kingswood.

The house is just a 5-minute walk from Kingswood High Street, where you’ll find great pubs, cosy coffee shops, a Lidl, and what we genuinely believe is the best fish and chip shop in Bristol! We're also lucky to be close to several parks, so nature and green space are always within easy reach.

Great Transport Links
We’re really well connected. The Bristol and Bath Railway Path is nearby—perfect for walking or cycling into either city. There are regular buses into the city centre, and we have free street parking available if you drive.

About the House
The home has a lovely shared living room and a recently renovated kitchen with plenty of storage, a dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge freezer. Outside, there’s a peaceful garden where we grow vegetables and flowers, plus a secure, lockable shed for bike storage. The room available is spacious, light-filled, and comes fully furnished.

About Us
I’m Lydia, the live-in landlady. I love the outdoors, hiking, nature adventures with friends, and enjoying Bristol’s amazing music scene. I’m friendly, laid back, and always up for a chat, but I also respect everyone’s space and quiet time.

Also living here is Cary’s, who rents the upstairs room she is lovely, and currently looking after Rahmu, a beautiful (and very gentle!) Bernese mountain dog, he’s here till November so we are all trying not to get too attached . So if you’re a dog lover, that’s definitely a bonus!

The Vibe
The house is friendly, relaxed, and respectful. We enjoy chatting and catching up with each other, but we also value downtime and privacy. We take pride in keeping the space clean and tidy, and we’re looking for someone who shares that approach.
