We are looking for another considerate, mature pleasant professional who wants to live in a place where they can enjoy relaxing in a lovely home and large flower garden.

This is a newly completely refurbished 3 bedroom house, sharing with 2 others. One person has a resident cat and the other stays at the house approximately 2 weeks of every month. The latter has a little dog and cat.

Household interests include: anything creative, walking, nature, gardens, photography, animals and reading.

The helpful landlords live 5 minutes down the road.

This is not a late night party house but a calm place to come home to. Persistent heavy drinking and/or recreational drug taking is not appropriate and not acceptable here.

Available June 25th 2024. The bedroom photos for this are not yet available and so we have included the other, same sized bedroom's photos for now. The bed will also be a double. Furniture can be adapted to individual needs eg desk chairs etc

£625.00 including bills for very large double room/ double bed over looking garden.

Deposit is 1 month’s rent, and pay one month ahead when moving in. Can use DPS if required.
