Large double room

Hello there,

I’m Harri, I have a large double bedroom to rent in my house. The room has a double bed, TV stand, wardrobe, chest of drawers. There will be exclusive access to a downstair bathroom on the ground floor. These is a desk and chair in the room as well that can be taken out if needed.

There is also a good sized garden with seating areas as well.

You will be sharing the house with me, my two year old daughter and four year old son, and a cat. The housemate must be okay with quiet evenings and noisy mornings from around 6am when they are awake.

Female housemate preferred.

I work full time, flexible hours, and am in the office usually around two days a week. I am around quite a lot, in and out during days when I am not working.

The house is located on a quiet street close to the high street, with supermarkets walking distance and easy access to the city centre.

All bills including council tax are included in the price.
