· Must be LGBTQIA+ & trans friendly 🏳️‍🌈
· Vegan household (usually groceries/weekly veg box are shared — snacks are sacred and separate 😅), and this extends to any guests
· Happy to cook for the house 2-3x a week
· Sociable and friendly, but also value downtime when the social batteries run low 🔋
· Would love someone who’s proactive with household chores so everything stays nice and easy
· Pets are welcome (dogs, cats, rabbits but no snakes or lizards etc)
