Great house in a perfect location in the heart of Kingswood. The house has a huge fitted kitchen / dinner with velux roof window, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Its a lovely room ideal for catching up with housemates after work for dinner with sliding patio doors leading onto a sunny back garden for summer sun and BBQ's (there is side access to the garden for bike storage if required). The bathroom is a good size with a brilliant strong shower perfect to wake you up in the morning.

The room is a good size, fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. The house is situated in quiet street 2 mins walk from Sainsburys a huge Lidl as well as numerous other shops, cafes and local pubs. There are numerous bus routes into town for work (with the bus stop situated at the end of the road) or it's an easy cycle down in the morning.
