There is a single driveway and plenty of on-street parking (no permit required).

There is a bus stop less than 60 seconds from the front door that provides regular services across Bristol/Bath and into the city centre.

The Room:

Includes a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, and desk.

There’s plenty of storage space that includes under bed drawers and a built in cupboard in addition to a large wardrobe.

We’re a chilled-out group of professionals who enjoy having a clean and relaxed space to be ourselves.

We all work in professional roles and appreciate having a calm and respectful environment to unwind in when not working.

We’re an eclectic bunch when it comes to hobbies and interests, ranging from exercising to playing chess and climbing to pole fitness.

About You:

Maintaining the homely feeling of the house stems from everyone feeling comfortable and at home with one another. The most important thing for our new housemate is to be able to contribute to that.

We’re looking for someone who is considerate, clean, and relaxed. Preference to a mature professional who has left their student lifestyle behind.

Please note, we're planning on moving around Nov/Dec so cannot guarantee the space by the end of the year. We'll provide plenty of notice as that develops though.
