About the Room:
Furnished with queen sized bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table, shelves and underbed storage. The room looks out over the back garden, local tennis courts and out over St Annes and Troopers Hill.

About the House:
Three-bed house set over three levels. The house is built into a hill so there's steps down to the front door and down through the back garden to the garage. There is a patio area in the back garden and you can see onto the tennis courts.
The house has three bedrooms, my own, one for rent and one in which my foster rabbit lives. There is a bathroom upstairs.
There is a dining room and kitchen on the middle level.
The lounge is on the lower level and has sliding doors out onto the back garden. My three rabbits free-roam in the lounge.
There is space in the garage for a bike. There is on-street parking at the front of the house.
Arnos Vale is nearby, with a wooded walk and cafe. The A4 and A37 are approximately 5 minute walks away, with bus stops equally close-by. Tesco's and Sainsbury's are both walking distance and there is a corner shop nearby.

About me:
I am a professional engineer who works most of my time in the office. I do work from home about once a week and have an office space setup in my dining room. In the evenings I go to the gym, swimming at the local swimming pool (5 minute walk), or astronomy talks. I tend to have something on every night!
I am a vegetarian but I don't have problems living with non-veggies.
As you might be able to work out, I have several rabbits in the house and they are all free-roam. I foster for a rescue so the amount can vary. They are my priority.
I have a BSL level 1 certificate, though it's quite rusty!

About you:
I am looking for a professional lodger who is happy to look after themselves, will clean up after themselves but also accept that the house can get a little "rabbit messy". It's not as bad as it sounds, honest!
You have full access to the dining, the kitchen and lounge.
