Beautiful big room in Victorian School House

I'm Zoë and I'm looking for someone to share my house with me.

The room is generous - in addition to the bed there's space for a sofa and a desk.

The house is part of a converted School House - red brick with lovely arched windows, and wooden floors.

The bathroom is shared just with me. And there's a downstairs loo too.

There's plenty of on street parking and we're just moments away from the top of the Wells Road (lots of buses into town and one that goes up to Cribbs Causeway). There's an EV charger if you need it.

Good open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room.

This is a non-smoking, shoe free, vegetarian house (meat eaters not excluded but no meat in the fridge please). Also I'm horribly allergic to perfumes so if you use products this isn't going to work for you.

I'm a yoga teacher - and have a small home studio downstairs. Which means that for 3-4 days a week (including weekends) there are students who access the studio downstairs through the sitting room (see the video for more info).

I like cooking, chatting and swimming (member of Henleaze Lake). I tend to be quite noisy and noise-tolerant. I'm horribly untidy but a bit OCD about the cleaning. Needing to clean makes me tidy up. And included in the rent is a weekly cleaner.

My schedule is a bit chaotic - but I really like it when my housemate and I cook and eat together. Having two separate meals being cooked simultaneously really doesn't work for me! So it takes a bit of communication. Chatty people very welcome!

I'm looking for someone who isn't going to find the yoga teaching disruptive to their home life.

The rent is £675 a month, which includes utility bills and superfast broadband (and a cleaner once a week). If you aren't registered for Council Tax somewhere else then I'd also ask for a contribution to that - about £25 a month.

I'm looking for the right person and happy to be a bit flexible about price in order to get someone for whom this will work and who will enjoy living with me.
