Double room in lovely sharehouse!

You’ll be living with two guys (21 & 27) and we’d like someone who will join in on the social vibe. We enjoy hanging out as a house but also appreciate our own space. We enjoy gigs, house dinners, BBQs, and are very active people - but also work 9-5, so it's a good balance of fun and chill

Details on the room & house:

- Rent is £750 per month including all bills & council tax. Room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe and I'm happy to sell the drawers and bedside tables for a cheap price
- Double room, big backyard, x2 bathrooms, lovely kitchen and living room
- The flat is well-kept and feels like home (we got lovely new carpet too!!)
- Great location: 10-minute cycle to the city, plenty of local bus routes, and Aldi close
- You'll be sharing with x2 sociable, easy-going housemates ☺️
