Large double room with large ensuite shower room in 4 bed townhouse on the edge of Bristol in a small housing development close to A4174 ring road and Bristol to Bath cycle track.
The house is very close to the Bristol and Bath Science Park as well as Emmersons Green, Kingswood, Fishponds, Downend and Staple Hill. It also works for Keynsham and, in the other direction, the MOD. Easy access to M4 via ring road or via A420.

It's a quiet room in a quiet area with a live in landlord who mostly works from home. There is currently one other lodger in the house from Sunday night to Friday morning. This is not like a house share where everybody socialises but it has an easy-going and friendly atmosphere. It is ideal for a professional person working locally.
The room has a small desk as can be seen in the photos but it is possible to have a larger desk under the window by moving the bed over a bit. There is plenty of storage space for one person. Shared use of kitchen and living room. Fibre-optic broadband with good WiFi. All bills included. You will have a designated parking space outside the house. Garage storage for a bike with wall anchor available.
