Double room in friendly house in Montpelier

This is a great 4 bed (1 male, 2 female - late 20's to 40's) house in Montpelier, with a large shared living room (with working fire), a kitchen, garden and large shared bathroom. We are a friendly house that are happy to hang out and chat with each other, but also respect each other's need for a bit of space.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and built in storage.
We are looking for a new housemate and would like someone who is friendly, relaxed and happy to keep on top of their washing up and pitch in on the house cleaning 😁. We aren't a big party house and are respectful of each other if we come home late as everyone works different hours.
Rent is £510 a month for the room.
Bills are about £140 each at the moment.

There is on street permit parking if required.
