Unfurnished Double room in two bed flat

Hi,

I am looking for a flatmate to join me in a spacious 2 bed flat on Picton street as my current one is moving out. Super close to shops/cafes/bars but not too noisy. Very close to bus stops too!

Gated parking spot available. I don’t have a car at the moment so it would be yours to use.

There’s a lot of living space but the room is a little small (measures 2.5x3m). There is also a large cupboard in the hall you can use to store stuff. The first picture shows the current set up and layout of the room. My current housemate has a desk in the living space for working from home. Tenancy would start 28th of July. Bills aren’t included but normally cost around £150 each a month.

I’m 24 and Im training to be a project manager at the moment, I work from home a couple times a week. I like staying in watching tv etc but also down for a pub trip, looking for someone that is fairly social since it would just be the two of us! I go roller skating and dancing occasionally, I’m part of a monthly book group and I enjoy cooking and puzzles too :))
