Large double room in light Montpelier flat

4 month sublet - Landlord is yet to confirm whether he will continue renting it out post October.

Looking for a housemate to replace me to live with my mates Tom and Juliette in a beautiful, light and very spacious flat in Montpelier until the lease is up at the end of October.

3 minute walk to Montpelier station, 8 min walk to St Andrews Park and 5 to The Cadbury pub.

It’s a very large double bedroom. Ideally unfurnished but can be furnished if easier for you. The flat has two communal rooms: a kitchen/diner which gets sunrise and sunset and a sitting room/TV room as well that has a sofa bed and bags of space too. There’s two bathrooms (Tom and Juliette have a en-suite).

Tom and Juliette are so great to live with; sociable and up for a pint but like their own space, great chefs, great music taste, into going to the theatre and playing footie. Tidy, considerate and fun! Can’t recommend them more highly to be honest (I’m only moving out because I’ve bought a place that has an early deadline on moving in). They’re a couple (no pda!) and a real laugh to be around.

Rent is £550 + £100 for bills which covers:

- energy bills £21.66
- water £13.33
