Two rooms available in light Montpelier flat share

I have lived at this property for 3 and a half years but sadly the landlord has asked that we move out as two of my flat mates are leaving.

I am planning to reapply to the property with two new working professionals (see preferences for more info)

The tenancy starts on 22nd July

The flat has 3 double bedrooms, a spacious living room and a large terraced balcony perfect for potted plants 🪴

I am looking for easy going, respectful, sociable and clean housemates who will take pride in the flat and love it as much as I do!

Rent is 700 per month and bills are roughly an extra 100 per month totalling 800 overall

Council tax band B

You can come and view the property but we wouldn’t need to do an official viewing as I already live at the property

If I find the right housemates to apply with we are likely to secure the tenancy 🗝️

I expect we would need to apply in mid June but I am waiting for confirmation on this
