Friendly PhD student Looking for a new Flatmate

Hey everyone! I am Chai. My current housemate is moving, so I am looking for a new housemate. It is a lovely 2 bedroom flat in a nice location.

A little bit about the place:
I am currently occuping the smaller room. I am happy to either keep on living in the same room I am currently in, or take the larger room. But only one of the rooms is up for rent, not both!

There is a shared bathroom. There is also a small storage space, and a bookshelf in the corridor. Bills come to be around £70 per person on average (not including council tax). The house comes almost fully furnished as the house comes with furniture (not owned by the landlord) that has been passed on by previous tenants.

A bit about myself.
I am a PhD student at the University of Bristol. I like reading, taking walks, and I love cooking (so there is always some extra food). I host dinners sometimes, and you are always invited! While I do enjoy socialising, I mostly keep to myself. I do like to hang-out and socialise with my housemates. At the same time, I respect everyone's personal space.

The location is excellent. The place is very near the Montpelier train station! There are many shops and restaurants near by. It's just 10-15 minutes to the city centre. And it's about 20 minutes to UoB.

What I am looking for in a housemate?

I have Coeliac Disease (gluten allergy). So, I keep some of my cooking utensils separate to avoid cross contamination. Thus, I prefer housemates that clean the kitchen surface after they cook, to avoid cross contamination. So, I just need my housemate to be understanding of that. :)
