Unfurnished, spacious, ground floor double bedroom in a lovely six person house share in Montpelier.

You would be joining 3 women and 2 men aged 30s & 40s who live quite busy independent lives, but all get on and like a bit of a chat, house film nights and the occasional kitchen disco together.

We have a big sunny kitchen, cosy lounge, and a wild garden. LGBT+ friendly. No pets, no couples, no kids, and no smoking indoors.

Rent is £550 a month. Council tax is included but all other bills are on top. Deposit is £500. Room available from beginning of December. Landlord will need a reference.
