Small Double Room

Looking for a new housemate in our lovely and friendly house in Montpelier.

The room is a small double room, can fit a double bed and chest of draws. The room gets lots of sunlight/sun. The monthly rent reflects the smaller room size. Deposit is £807 (split equally). Bills are about £120 per month.

This house is in a great location and neighbourhood. Within 5 minutes walk; St Andrew’s Park, Montpelier Station and Gloucester Road. Easy access to the city centre via bus, train or a 25 minute walk.

The house has a back garden, seperate shower and toilet, parking space for a small car (shared) and also free street parking.

Please note that there is a dog (Border Collie) in the home and you need to be comfortable around dogs.

Current housemates are both working professionals (Kiwi and a Brit) that work from home 3 days a week. We are both active and social, with our own interests (gym, hiking, travel, card games, sauna) but also hang out together (walks, pub etc).

We are looking for a working professional who is easy going, tidy and enjoys the company of their housemates but also happy to do their own thing.
