Room in two bed flat, place mostly to yourself

Hi there

We are looking to fill a room in Armidale Place, Montpelier.

I (Matt) bought the flat with George a couple of years ago.

I currently live in Bath with my girlfriend.

George works away 4-5 nights a week.

Up until now, George’s brother and partner have had the spare room, but they are moving out.

You would have the flat to yourself most the time, apart from weekends. This is a flat that has had ample room for three people, and a bedroom for two.

The rent includes all bills, and there’s also parking during week days - when George isn’t there, but that can be coordinated quite easily.

The room is furnished, apart from the desk.
