The Setup:

You’ll be sharing with George (29, pro), but he works away 4-5 nights every week. I (the other owner) live in Bath, so the flat is exceptionally quiet and private Sunday through Thursday. It’s perfect for someone who loves their own space but wants a friendly face around on the weekends.

The Space & Perks:

• The Room: Large double, fully furnished (just needs your own desk if you WFH!). Currently a couple has the room, so there’s space!

• The Flat: Shared living room, modern kitchen, and a balcony/terrace for morning coffee.

• Parking: Available weekdays and easily coordinated.

• Location: Prime Montpelier (BS6)—walking distance to the best cafes, bars, and local independent shops.

The Fine Print:

• Rent: £800 but bills are £150 per month so £950 INCLUDING all bills (Council tax, water, gas, electricity, high-speed internet).

• Move-in: Available 1st April.
