Double unfurnished bedroom in Montpelier

We are two women in our early 20s looking for a third member to complete our lovely new Montpelier rental!

About the room:
- Spacious
- Unfurnished
- Ground floor bedroom

The rest of the house:
- There is a large living room/ dining area (currently unfurnished but we will be bringing lots of furniture for it!)
- Newly renovated kitchen
- Lots of cupboard and fridge space
- Dishwasher
- Washing Machine
- One bathroom
- Small patio garden space

The area:
- The house is a 5 minute walk from Stokes Croft
- 10 minute walk from Gloucester Road.
- There are loads of lovely restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs as well as lively evening events and great charity and convenience shops nearby.
- The house is a 2 minute walk from Montpelier Station which easily connects you to the rest of Bristol
- 5 Minutes from a bus stop that takes you straight into the centre.

About us:
We met a few years ago and have been friends ever since. Currently one of us works in hospitality and the other a 9-5. We are looking for someone friendly, laidback and social to complete our three bed.

As we have yet to move in ourselves we don’t have a price layout for these yet however we will be sorting soon so can keep you in the loop!
