We have one double unfurnished room coming available in our 4 bed house located between St Andrews Park and Gloucester Road. Available from 19th April for a long-term tenancy.

*The house and garden:*
We have an amazing unique home in the top two floors of a three floor house. Full of original details, massive windows, and loads of light! There is also a private garden at the back of the house with a pond, small grassy area, and patio.

*The room:*
Large double room with bay window on the first floor at the front of the house. The room comes unfurnished but our housemate who's leaving may have a wardrobe to leave if wanted!

*Your new housemates:*
3 professional women aged 29-32. We are really good friends and have been living in the property together for 4 years. We spend a lot of time together eating, working out, and socialising. Looking for someone laid back, kind, and sociable who is looking to join a long term home with us.

*Details*:
Rent is £605 per month plus bills - to cover gas, electric, water, council tax, tv license, internet + deposit.

Move in from 19th April.

*No couples, pets, or students - sorry! *

2 minute walk to Gloucester Road, 2 minute walk to St Andrew’s Park, 25 minute walk to Cabot Circus, 40 minute walk to Bristol Temple Meads.
