The flat is on the top two floors of a house (with three flats below) and has amazing views over Bristol. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat, so you’ll have your own ensuite, plus a spacious shared living room and fully equipped kitchen.

The flat is very light and airy, with a large living room that’s great for relaxing. The kitchen has all the essentials including a dishwasher.

Location-wise it’s fantastic:
• Close to St Andrews Park
• A short walk to Stokes Croft, Gloucester Road, and Redland
• About 15 minutes’ walk to Bristol city centre

About me

I’m a research coordinator at the University of Bristol. I’m usually around in the evenings and weekends unless I’m out seeing friends or at the gym. I enjoy cooking and occasionally sharing a dinner or movie night, but overall the flat has a calm, relaxed and independent vibe. It’s definitely more of a peaceful home than a party house.
