We are leaving our lovely self-contained flat which is part of a larger community, in between Montpelier and St. Werburgh's. We're looking for new tenants to take over our contract from the end of May.

The flat is part of a building with four other flats and two 6-bed houses, all residents across the houses share a garden and contribute to the upkeep of the property as well as getting together for regular garden days, bbqs and general merriment.

Taking on this flat would mean being part of this lovely community of nineteen others while still have a private space to retreat to.

The flat has an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with lots of light and gorgeous hand-made wooden features. The bedroom pictured fits a king-size bed and has nice built in book storage. The bathroom comes with a bath and heated towel rack. And the hallway also has two small cupboards, one for shoes and the other for bits and bobs. The property will be coming mostly unfurnished. There's also a large covered bike shed within the property.

The property also has a front garden (pictured) where people like to grow veg and other bits and there's a larger garden out the back with a fire pit and hot tub (!) This flat does not have immediate back garden access but popping through one of the houses brings you there and you're more than welcome to treat it as your own.
