Sunny St Pauls Room

hey!

we're looking for a tenant to move in on the 1st of June to our 4-person house in st pauls. it's a big room with lots of light and the location is great, we're right by the star and garter

you'll be sharing with me, hannah and dan. we're all queer lefties (two of us are they/thems) and 2 of us are vegan plus dan is mostly veggie so someone queer who doesnt eat animals would be ideal :)
dan works 9-5 and hannah and I work in hospitality and the festival circuit so we don't mind what your work pattern is but would like someone who's respectful of everyone's schedules. we sometimes have house parties and like to go out but we have a very sound but very elderly next door neighbour so we can't have spontaneous loud afters without giving her a heads up first

we're all really tight and would love to have someone with similar values who wants to be mates :) we like doing stuff together but everyone also has their own lives and values spending time separately

we really value having a nice space and keeping it clean and tidy so itd be nice to have someone that feels the same way :) room is £670 for June then thereres a rental increase from July so its £695 for the next 12 months. bills and council tax are approx £100-150

we have a small driveway and already have 2 cars so would prefer someone without one. there'd be plenty of space for a bike in your room though and it's right by the front door:)
