We’re looking for a professional woman or postgraduate to join our relaxed, welcoming family home on Richmond Road.

The room is a large, light double and comes with the added bonus of your own bathroom on the same floor — giving you a real sense of privacy.

You’ll have shared use of the kitchen and dining space, plus your own fridge with freezer compartment, and fast EE broadband/WiFi for working from home.

Outside, there’s a generous back garden with a drying line — and we’re surrounded by green space: Montpelier Park (5 mins), St Andrews Park (10 mins), Narroways and Purdown for longer walks.

The location is ideal: 5 minutes to Montpelier station, 10 minutes’ walk to Gloucester Road’s cafés and shops, and around 15 minutes into the city centre.

We’re an easy-going family of four with two teenagers and a small, friendly cockapoo. The house is sociable but respectful of personal space — ideal for someone who wants a comfortable, peaceful place to come home to.
