Room + study available in shared house

For rent is a room + study in a 3 bedroom shared house in Old Market, next to the start of the Bristol to Bath Cycle Path.

The room is on the smaller side at 3.1 x 2.1m but I comfortably fit a double bed in there. You will also have use of the study and a storage cupboard / wardrobe.
The room is unfurnished and it’s a shared bathroom.

The address just outside the city center, BS2 0AH. A quiet area with mainly families neighbouring. It’s a 10 minute to walk to Cabot Circus and 15 minute walk to Temple Meads train station.

You’ll be living with Katharine (24) and Jules (24), both professionals. Both very friendly, easy to live with and independent so ideally you would be too.

£694 per month includes council tax, but not gas, electricity and water which come to around £60 per month.

Parking permits are available for on street parking, or the driveway is available with agreement from flatmates.

Looking for someone planning on staying for at least 6 months but would consider shorter if you can find someone suitable to replace you.
