Large double en suite room for rent in old market. A few minutes walk from both Temple meads train station and the old market bus interchange, making for easy journeys to and from the address for those on public transport. Close to M32 so people with cars can easily traverse the city.

Flat is clean and modern (built in 2020). shared space of kitchen and living room. Current house mate is a female 44 years working for the NHS. This is not a party house. We welcome people of any age/gender identity and sexuality provided they are clean, tidy and respectful of the space and the other tenants.

Washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher for use at the property.

WiFi, council tax and TV license is included with the room rent, gas/electrical and water bills are split equally between tenants (monthly for gas/electric and quarterly for water)
